The AQUAPAD™ Sandless Sandbag is a revolutionary water barrier, providing a more secure method for protecting property against flood waters and leaks from broken pipes, water heaters and other sources of liquid. It absorbs water to 90% capacity in less than three minutes. Once water is absorbed, it is suspended in the AQUAPAD™. Sturdy pad consists of a hydrophilic, nonwoven cover and four layers of a patented blend of superabsorbent polymers and natural fluff which work to absorb water quickly and efficiently. Each AQUAPAD™ soaks up to 5 gallons of liquid. Once water is absorbed, the pad it acts like a traditional sandbag to keep water at bay.
